To maintain fairness, each VIP offer is restricted to one per member. This includes one offer per household, IP address, email, phone number, or payment method such as a credit card, debit card, or e-wallet. Even if you share a computer with others, only one person can avail of the offer. These restrictions ensure that all participants enjoy an equal opportunity to access VIP promotions.
Bonuses received through VIP promotions remain valid for thirty (30) days from issuance, unless explicitly stated otherwise. It’s crucial to meet all specified wagering requirements within this period. If these conditions aren’t met, any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Therefore, VIP members should ensure timely action to retain and maximize their rewards.
Bets that result in a void, tie, cancellation, or opposite outcomes, as well as those placed with odds lower than DEC 1.5 or CN 0.5, will not contribute to turnover. Non-live table games (e.g., Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, American Roulette, Baccarat, etc.) and non-slot games do not count towards the turnover requirement unless otherwise stated. For roulette, only 1/4 of your total bets will be counted toward turnover.
